Adult Tap

 

A clearly defined, graduated method for all ages and levels emphasizing the development of a sense of rhythm and musicality. Speed and rhythm exercises are explored through various combinations. Soft shoe, swing, rhythm, Broadway, and boogie woogie are among the styles presented.

Attire: Comfortable Clothing, oxford tap shoes (no heeled taps).

Barre Fitness

 

Total body conditioning, Improve balance, Increase Flexibility, Enhance Range of Motion, Fun for adults of ALL ages and abilities!

Attire: Comfortable workout clothing. Bare feet for class.

Yoga

 

A beginner/intermediate class that focuses on teaching basic yoga postures, healthy alignment of the spine, as well as strengthening the musculature that supports the body. If you have been wanting to begin a yoga practice to reap all of the health benefits that yoga has to offer...now is the time!
